Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. The most notable recognition was given to her for her performance as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She also was in her role as Jerrica Jem in the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. Her sister is named Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing in the Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class of 2012. Harvard University had accepted her. However, they agreed to her admission twice in order for her to take on the role as the character of Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had a recurring role in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress appeared on TV on Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She played a significant part in the role of Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama Series in its second season. Peeples revealed that she has bipolar disorder when she spoke in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples in the top spot on its list of top actors younger than twenty in September of 2014.
